About the Author
Kelly Moeggenborg (aka Kelly the KitchenKop)

Kelly Moeggenborg lives in a small town near Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has passionately researched how to eat better and live healthier since 2004 when she began learning the truth about the food we eat and the conventional medical practices that are commonly used today. At first everything was confusing and overwhelming, so she started writing to share simple, clear help for others and empower them to nourish their families, feel better naturally, and raise healthy kids without going crazy in the process.

Kelly loves being a wife to Kent and mom to four great kids. As if life wasn’t crazy enough, she also homeschools two of their children. One more has graduated from high school, and their oldest has graduated from college and is now out on his own. Kent and Kelly love hanging out with their kids, with close extended family, and many dear friends.

The greatest source of nourishment in her life is not food but faith—she is a Catholic Christian who loves Jesus and strives to live a life closely following Him.
